Kelly Rogers

Kelly Rogers joined the National Hydropower Association (NHA) in February 2020 and now serves as Senior Program Manager, leading the Future Leaders of Waterpower (FLOW) group and the Marine Energy Council (MEC). Through these programs, Kelly is helping shape the future of the water power industry by cultivating the next generation of industry leaders through FLOW and advancing emerging technologies like marine energy through the MEC. Kelly’s work spans workforce development, policy strategy, and industry collaboration, with a focus on positioning water power as a cornerstone of a clean, resilient energy future. Kelly received her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from American University in Washington, DC.
