FAQ

Each 10′ x 10′ exhibitor space will be set with 8′ high grey back drape and 3′ high grey side dividers. Exhibitor spaces are 300 sq ft or less will receive a 7-inch X 44-inch one-line identification sign. Exhibitor spaces larger than 300 sqft may receive a 7-inch X 44-inch one-line identification sign upon request.

Exhibitor space does NOT include flooring, furnishings, or electrical. Exhibitors can secure flooring and furnishing through the Freeman Online Ordering Kit. Click here to sign in. Details on how to order electrical items are coming soon.

If an individual exhibitor chooses to utilize its own contractor (EAC) to provide any of the non-exclusive services that the Official Service Contractor may otherwise perform, you must provide a written statement (Intent to use Non-Official Contractor form) and provide a certificate of insurance evidencing that the EAC has in place the minimum insurance coverage as defined in the Terms and Conditions and in compliance with all city, county, local, state, and federal laws.

To ensure the safety of all participants and protect both your company and the event organizers, all exhibitors are required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to exhibiting. This documentation confirms that your company carries general liability insurance, which is essential in the event of property damage or bodily injury during the course of the event. Requiring a COI is a standard industry practice that helps manage risk and ensures that all exhibitors are operating under the same guidelines. Without a COI on file, exhibitors may not be permitted to move in or participate in the event.

Inline Booths are positioned within the rows of CC Central, open to the aisle on one side. These booths provide a defined space to showcase your brand and connect with attendees as they move through CC Central.
Island Booths are freestanding configurations open on multiple sides. With traffic flowing around all sides, island booths offer greater display flexibility and a commanding presence on the show floor.

What makes the event unique – and very conducive to interaction among all attendees – is that there is not a separate exhibit hall. Instead, everything (exhibits, conference sessions, lunches, networking, etc) is in one big area called CC Central.
It’s a Clean Currents trademark – attendees and exhibitors love it.
And, all exhibitors are treated as full attendees – even the individuals staffing the booth.
For individuals who are interested in seeing the event and learning more about what the exhibitor experience would be like, we do offer one-day registration options ($695 per person for NHA member companies or $795 for non-members). The registration form is here.

The Phoenix Convention Center is a right‑to‑work facility, meaning that union labor is not required for full‑time exhibitor personnel.
Any items left in CC Central after tear down (Friday, 10:00 AM) will be treated as trash and discarded. Please plan to remove all materials, displays, and personal property before tear down ends. If you are working with Freeman, please review this in the Freeman Shipping & Material Handling Information, as they will have you tag your materials for pickup.
A couple of other options if you don’t want to haul everything home:

No. Outside alcohol (anything not purchased through the Phoenix Convention Center’s catering) is not permitted anywhere in the convention center. This includes the expo hall, booths, and any event space. Arizona liquor laws prohibit it, so this is strictly enforced.
You can still do this, just not with the physical bottle on-site. Bring a picture or sign representing the prize for the raffle and arrange to distribute the actual alcohol to the winner somewhere other than the convention center.
