Junior Lagade

Junior Lagade is a dam safety engineer and SoCal Regional Business Lead with Black & Veatch where he supports dam safety, power generation, and water infrastructure projects across the U.S.

He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, and an MS in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. His experience spans dam safety program management, infrastructure condition assessments, water supply planning, and penstock rehabilitation projects.

Based in SoCal, Junior is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions about critical infrastructure and enjoys mentoring young folks.

Outside of the technical rigors of engineering, Junior is a wedding DJ/MC, surfer, snowboarder, and underwater basket weaver.
