Lisa Martindale

Lisa Martindale has over 30 years of experience in power generation, as well as engineering and construction for the large industrial sector. She has worked for Southern Company for over 20 years supporting the power industry. She is currently serving as the Reservoir Management Manager for Southern Company. In this role, Lisa is responsible for the daily forecasting, modeling, flood operations, and the drought management for the hydro fleet. Prior to her current role, she has held various leadership positions within hydro, solar, and thermal generation. Outside of Southern Company, she has 15 years of experience in engineering and construction serving the power, pulp and paper, and chemical industries. She has served a co-chair for the National Hydropower Association Hydro Power Committee. She holds a B.S in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University.
