Steven Cole has over 35 years of engineering, project management and operational expertise at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP).
He has managed water operations for the metropolitan Los Angeles area, managed engineering services for the 7,300 mile water distribution network in Los Angeles, and currently serves as Manager of Project Engineering in the Water Engineering & Technical Services Division.
He is a leading advocate for harnessing data to drive smarter, data-informed decision making across the agency.
