James Webber

James Webber is the Outreach Education Specialist for the Chelan County Public Utility District, where he educates students and visitors about the benefits of clean, renewable, affordable, public power.

Before working at the Rocky Reach hydroelectric dam, he worked for the North Central Education Service District teaching elementary students across four counties about electrical safety.

James is a scientist and strives to offer students hands-on and exciting educational opportunities. Furthermore, he uses a love of graphic design, board games, and humor to make science fun.

When he is not at the dam, James is an avid runner, voracious reader, dependable pillow for his two cats, and disc golfing companion of his partner.
