Norbert Woodhams

Norbert Woodhams began his tenure at Worthington Products in early 2020, taking charge of business development across the Midwest and North Atlantic Regions. Norbert is passionate in supporting their customers, helping them achieve their goals in enhanced power generation, public safety and debris control. Over the past four years, Norbert has deepened his involvement in the hydropower community, currently serving as the 2023/2024 vice chair for the National Hydropower Association's "FLOW" Future Leaders of Waterpower Group. He thrives on connecting with industry peers and forging new relationships. Prior to joining Worthington Products, Norbert held a pivotal role at the Davey Tree Expert Company's corporate office in Kent, Ohio. He oversaw the maintenance and procurement of their extensive fleet of vehicles and equipment nationwide. During his tenure, Davey Tree ranked 46th for the largest fleet of vehicles in the United States. Norbert attended Kent State University for Business Management. Raised in Cincinnati, Norbert later moved to Cleveland for his high school and college education. He currently resides on portage lakes in Akron, Ohio. Outside of work, Norbert enjoys boating, fishing, snowboarding, and cherishes spending quality time with his amazing family.
