Diane Barr

Ms. Barr the CEO Camas, LLC, and a Principal regulatory specialist in dam decommissioning and FERC license surrender processes. She is currently providing strategy and regulatory support in six decommissioning efforts across the U.S. involving more than ten dams. Diane and her Camas team led the regulatory and strategy program for the Lower Klamath River Project , where they secured more than 40 federal, state, and local approvals in less than five years. With over 30 years of hydroelectric regulatory experience and a foundation as a former FERC Regulatory Compliance Manager, she brings both owner and regulator perspectives to guide complex projects through permitting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
