This workshop is designed to help owners of hydro projects (representatives from utilities, municipalities, government agencies, and IPPs) prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) that ultimately result in competitive bids from OEMs and other service and product suppliers.
Attendees will learn how to incorporate technical and commercial terms and conditions in a way that those entities bidding on the project can effectively respond to. They also will hear insights from suppliers and service providers about what makes a good RFP.
