Daniel Rabon

Daniel Rabon, PE, is founder and principal of Rabon Energy Strategies, an independent advisory practice for the hydropower industry.

RES serves developers, power customers, and owner-operators on federal regulatory strategy, Section 408 coordination, and asset performance analytics.

He spent two decades in federal service, including eight years as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers National Hydropower Program Manager, where he oversaw a fleet of 75 plants, 356 generating units, and approximately 24,000 MW.
