Thomas Fitzgerald

Tom Fitzgerald is the Western Regional Manager for dams and levees at Schnabel Engineering and is located in their Boise, Idaho office. He has extensive experience in the evaluation and rehabilitation of existing earth and concrete dams with various deficiencies; and the planning, design, and permitting of new dams and spillways. He has also served as the Independent Consultant for multiple FERC Part 12 inspections and is an approved PFMA/L2RA Facilitator.
