Gerard Puleo leads Business Development in the Western US region for the Shell MIDEL line of natural and synthetic transformer ester fluids. In his role, Mr. Puleo consults and collaborates with transformer OEMs, owners, operators, and service providers on all aspects of Shell MIDEL ester fluids and their benefits in reducing total cost of ownership (TCO), enhancing asset reliability, and improving fire and environmental safety. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Gerard brings over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing highly technical, cost-effective, and sustainable infrastructure projects with both public and private-sector organizations. Mr. Puleo holds a BA in Communications and Human Psychology from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri, and is highly experienced in aligning diverse stakeholders to overcome challenges and achieve optimal results for his clients.
