Seth Green

Seth Green is the supervisor for Southern Company's Hydro Dam Safety Group in Birmingham, Alabama and is the Chief Dam Safety Engineer for their Alabama Power Hydroelectric Projects.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 2008, a Master of Business Administration from Samford University in 2018, and has been working in civil engineering for over 25 years.

His area of focus is Geotechnical Engineering and his consulting work prior to joining Southern Company included dam inspection and remediation as well as quality control and materials testing for large infrastructure construction projects. He has been in the Dam Safety group for over 10 years.
