The objective of this informal discussion is to provide a forum for all participants -- female and male -- to discover tools to help them succeed (and therefore stay) in the water power sector. It's also a great time for participants to make new connections with one another.

During the hour, participants will break into 3 groups to enable discussion around these 3 questions:
1) Group 1: What is the best advice you have ever received to succeed in your career?
2) Group 2: What is the best advice you have ever received to manage work-life balance?
3) Group 3: What is the best advice you have ever received to effectively communicate with other people in the workplace?

Toward the end of the hour, the groups will come back together to report out big takeaways to each other.

In order to continue the networking, upon conclusion of this Roundtable Dialogue, participants are invited to walk over to the lunch area in CC Central and eat together at reserved “Women in Waterpower” tables.
