Alisa Peterson

Alisa Peterson is a Senior Consultant and digital transformation leader at Sapere Consulting. She helps her hydropower clients leverage data, technology, and organizational change to improve asset performance and operational decision-making. Her work focuses on translating technical insights into practical solutions that improve reliability and performance.

Alisa also serves as Operations Manager for the Hydropower Research Institute (HRI), working with hydropower owners across North America to aggregate data, advance benchmarking and data analytics, and facilitate industry collaboration.
