Elliott Bartell

Elliott Bartell is a Project Engineer with AE2S, a water-focused engineering firm growing its presence across the Intermountain West from its Lehi, Utah office. A Utah-licensed professional engineer, Elliott specializes in the conveyance and pumping infrastructure at the heart of every water power system—raw water intakes, pipelines, and pump stations.

His recent experience spans construction oversight on the Deer Creek Intake (Wasatch County, UT), Project Engineer on the Jordan Valley 5700 E / 10200 S Pump Station Improvements (South Jordan, UT), and Deputy Project Manager on the Red River Valley Water Supply Project (Carrington, ND), one of the region's largest water supply undertakings. He currently serves as Project Manager for several municipal water distribution projects for Salt Lake City's Department of Public Utilities.

Elliott holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.
