As the hydropower industry faces shifting workforce demands and a wave of retirements, this workshop — hosted by the National Lab of the Rockies (NLR) and the Hydropower Foundation with support from the U.S. Department of Energy's Hydropower and Hydrokinetic Office— will bring the industry together to tackle the sector's toughest talent challenges.

The workshop will turn insight into action: exploring recruitment, retention, generational transition, and pipeline strategies through candid industry insights and interactive discussion.

Attendees will leave with a shared understanding of priorities and concrete next steps for building the hydropower workforce of the future.
