Aaron Sullivan

With nearly 30 years’ experience in multiple water related industries including municipal water and wastewater treatment, industrial water and wastewater treatment, and thermal power generation, as Director, Aaron is responsible for operations, maintenance, engineering, licensing, and administration of PCWA’s Middle Fork American River Project in Placer County, CA. 

His experience and expertise span multiple facets of large utility assets and capital-intensive operations including project and program management, asset management, operations and maintenance programming including outage planning and execution, dam safety, FERC license implementation, and emergency management and response. He leads a department of highly qualified and dedicated hydroelectric industry professionals and revels in the daily challenges of the hydroelectric power generation industry.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Vanderbilt University and California Professional Engineer licenses in both chemical and civil engineering.
