Group Registration Discounts

Available only to NHA member organizations who are not exhibiting.
Per-person discounts off the NHA Member rate for the “full conference” or “power producer” registration type are available.

You qualify if:

  • Your organization is an NHA member (Click here for the NHA member directory)
  • You are registering 5 or more employees at the “NHA Member – Full Conference” or “power producer” registration type.

Eligibility Notes:

  • Each registrant must be an employee of the company/organization (NOT clients, vendors, contractors, etc.)
  • Each registrant must be purchasing a “NHA Member – Full Conference” registration (NOT speaker, exhibitor, or single-day registration types)

In-the-Field Technical Tour: Stewart Mountain Dam (Ticketed Event)

This field trip is a unique opportunity to see the Stewart Mountain project and learn more about water management and hydropower production along the Salt and Verde rivers. Note to participants: the tour involves significant walking in the desert heat.

Hosted by Future Leaders of Waterpower (FLOW), this networking social event is for early-career professionals. Join us for appetizers and drinks, and connect with colleagues from across the industry at an off-site venue. This ticketed event ($25) is open to Clean Currents attendees under the age of 40.

Thursday 5K: FishSafe Runners 5K

Join Natel Energy’s FishSafe Runners group for a casual, unsupported 5K through beautiful Phoenix. Starting and finishing at the convention center, we’ll run at a moderate pace of approximately 10+ minutes per mile. If interest allows, we may split into two groups to accommodate both faster and more relaxed paces. Please bring a water bottle and any nutrition you may need, as water will not be provided along the route.

Guided Tour of Phoenix’s Desert Botanical Gardens (Ticketed Event)

Take a guided tour of Phoenix’s Desert Botanical Garden before you officially wrap up Clean Currents 2026. The Desert Botanical Garden offers the world’s finest collection of arid plants from deserts of the world in a unique outdoor setting. The Garden has more than 50,000 desert plants on display throughout five thematic trails that illustrate topics such as conservation, desert living, plants and people of the Sonoran Desert, and desert wildflowers. Join a guided tour exploring the gardens and hands-on learning opportunities from an experienced docent. Please wear lightweight, comfortable clothing, and closed toe shoes.

Professional Development Hours (PDHs)

Earn meaningful certification for professional development—Clean Currents will offer 13.5 professional development hours (PDHs) to attendees. A certificate will be sent to all attendees after the event.


Pay Later Policy

By selecting the “Pay Later” option at checkout during the online registration process, attendees can register now and pay at a later date. However, all “Pay Later” registrations must be paid in full by September 14, 2026, or the registration will be canceled.


Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds will be honored only if received by the National Hydropower Association in writing to registration@hydro.org on or before August 24, 2026. A $50 processing fee will apply to all canceled registrations. There will be no refunds for requests received after August 24, 2026.  No-shows and onsite registrations are non-refundable.


Substitution Policy

Substitutions are permitted and must be submitted in writing to registration@hydro.org. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information.
