Kick off your morning at Clean Currents with the FishSafe Runners 5K! Hosted by Natel Energy, this casual, unsupported 3.1-mile loop is the perfect way to get moving, see the city, and connect with fellow attendees before a full day of conference sessions.
Our route will take us through some of the best urban sights in downtown Phoenix, including a scenic stretch through Margaret T. Hance Park (which spans directly over the I-10 freeway) and a fast, flat final mile to bring us right back to the Convention Center.
Event Details:
• Date: Thursday, September 24, 2026
• Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Start/Finish Line: North 2nd Street (near the Phoenix Convention Center)
• Pace: Moderate/Casual (approx. 10+ minutes per mile). All paces are welcome, including walking!

Please note that this is an unsupported group run, meaning there are no official water stations along the route.
Even at 7:00 AM, the Phoenix sun is no joke, and temperatures can easily already be hovering around 80°F (27°C). For your safety and comfort, you are strongly encouraged to bring your own water bottle and any running nutrition you might need to stay hydrated.
Lace up, hydrate well, and we will see you at the starting line!
