Anton Hassebrook

Anton Hassebrook is the Hydroelectric Operations Supervisor for Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District where he supervises operations for six hydro units across four plants totaling 112MW of generation. He also supervises operations at four substations, the automated water delivery system for the four hydroelectric power plants and accompanying irrigation system, and the supervisory control (SCADA) system.

Anton serves as a Vice Chair for NHA’s Future Leaders of Waterpower (FLOW) committee which is a networking group that focuses on retaining and supporting early career professionals in the hydropower industry.

Anton holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Nebraska.
