Julien Jeannel

Julien F. Jeannel is Senior Manager of Major Construction Project Management for Southern California Edison (SCE), where he leads a team responsible for delivering capital improvement projects across SCE's hydroelectric generation portfolio in California's Sierra Nevada region. He oversees a portfolio of dam safety, power generation, and infrastructure modernization projects, working closely with key stakeholders to support the reliability and long-term sustainability of SCE's hydroelectric assets.

Julien brings more than 22 years of experience leading complex utility, energy, water, and heavy civil infrastructure projects. Prior to joining SCE, he spent more than two decades at Kiewit, where he held leadership roles in project management, commercial management, and executive project sponsorship on major power generation, water treatment, and infrastructure programs throughout the western United States.

A passionate advocate for leadership development and knowledge sharing, Julien enjoys mentoring project professionals and advancing industry best practices in project delivery, safety, and construction best practices. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

Julien lives in Long Beach, California, with his family and their five-month-old child. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, skiing, and spending time with family in France.
