Jeff Croshal

Jeff is a Professional Engineer with Pacific Gas & Electric in Northern California, bringing more than 15 years of hydropower industry experience in design, field engineering, and project management. For the past five years, he has led the Penstock Asset Management program, overseeing more than 80 penstocks, some of which are over a century old. The program currently focuses on evaluating the full consequences of failure and tailoring inspection strategies to the specific needs of each penstock within the broader portfolio.

Jeff earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Chico State University.
