Clint Heidelberg

Clint has more than 20 years of experience in the hydroelectric power industry and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management. Throughout his career, he has worked with multiple utilities, primarily in the public power sector, building a strong foundation through hands-on operational and technical roles before transitioning into leadership.

As a leader of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams, Clint has developed extensive expertise in capital project execution, major maintenance programs, and day-to-day operations across hydroelectric facilities. His experience spans all aspects of hydro operations, including powerhouses, fish facilities, and recreational lands, providing a comprehensive understanding of asset management, reliability, and operational excellence.
