Chance Silvers

Chance Silvers is an IT End User Analyst at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

A graduate of Dalton State College with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Chance began his career at TVA as an intern and has since contributed to and led a variety of technology and innovation initiatives.

He currently supports the enterprise implementation of SPOT, the program focuses on life-safety and on helping employees stay safe and secure during day-to-day operations.

Outside of his professional work, Chance has a passion for tinkering, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
