Previously, he held leadership roles at Ingeteam Indar Machines and GE Renewable/ALSTOM, managing multidisciplinary teams and directing turnkey tenders for hydroelectric plants. Javier combines technical expertise—specializing in electrical machines and detailed generator design—with commercial acumen and international project management skills.
