Lindsay Grabner

Lindsay Grabner is a Program Manager within the Bureau of Reclamation’s Asset Management Office - Infrastructure Branch, leading Major Rehabilitation and Replacement (MR&R) efforts and implementing the requirements of the Transparency Act (Public Law 116‑9). In this role, Lindsay provides expert guidance on MR&R reporting, strengthens communication across internal and external partners, and supports organizational growth through training, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. Lindsay leads long‑term program planning, coordinates enterprise‑wide improvements, and helps shape policy and performance measures that enhance the efficiency and impact of Reclamation’s capital investment portfolio.

Beyond MR&R responsibilities, Lindsay contributes to the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act’s Aging Infrastructure Account team and participates in bureau‑wide oversight and planning groups, supporting strategic alignment and informed investment decisions across Reclamation.
