Kate Melberg

Kate is a Channel Account Manager for Worldsensing in the instrumentation and monitoring world. One year into this role in Sales and Business Development, Kate has found her passion for expanding the knowledge and showing the importance of adding automated remote monitoring to civil infrastructure projects across the US and Canada.

Ensuring the safety and reducing the risk of those working in remote places is something Kate has carried to her role at Worldsensing from her previous role as a PE at NewFields MDTS.

For the past 6 years, Kate has worked on  civil infrastructure design and H&H work in the mining industry—ever since she “accidentally” landed her first job in it. In addition, Kate has been an  integral part of the WIM Denver board for the last three years, serving as the current Vice President and Chair of both the Education and PR Committees, as well as a member of WiDF.
