Blake is a staunch advocate for intentioned career development. He is currently the Engineering Supervisor responsible for Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s Power Generation Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) and program lead of PG&E’s Power Generation Early Career program.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri, a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Illinois. Blake has worked in power generation for 13 years as an engineering consultant, owner’s engineer, utility engineer, and engineering leader.
Outside of work Blake sits on the College of Engineering Industry Advisory Board at Sacramento State University.
