Theora Rice

Cyber Security Research Scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), U.S. Department of Energy
Theora Rice is a Cyber Security Researcher who has been at PNNL since 2014.
She has both a B.S. and M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Idaho, and studied as a recipient of the National Science Foundation Scholarship for Service.
Throughout her career, she has worked with academic, industry, and government-based agencies to further expand her knowledge and contribute to research in the critical infrastructure security field.
Her current research foci include building cyber-physical testbeds for ICS security research, Food and Agricultural cyber security studies, cross-disciplinary training for critical infrastructure cyber security, and developing methodologies for cyber security experimentation. She is currently an administrator of the powerNET cyber-physical testbed at PNNL.
