Haijing Liu

Haijing Liu is a researcher at the National Laboratory of the Rockies, focusing on the intersection of energy transition, workforce development, and emerging technologies. Her work emphasizes the impact of robotics and artificial intelligence (RAI) on the energy workforce, developing practical reskilling and retraining frameworks through projects like the RAI Hydropower Initiative.

She also engages in policy analysis and community-focused energy efforts, such as the Energy to Communities (E2C) project, to advance sustainable energy solutions.

Haijing holds a doctorate degree in Community and Regional Planning from UT Austin.
