Alan Eastridge

With over 20 years of experience in hydroelectric generation, Alan Eastridge currently serves as Operations Superintendent for Chelan County PUD. His experience spans hydroelectric operations, maintenance, asset management, and strategic planning.

As a contributing member of the Hydropower Research Institute (HRI), Alan collaborates with industry peers to advance best practices and operational excellence. Throughout his career with Chelan PUD, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and on international infrastructure projects, he has leveraged data, technology, and employee expertise to strengthen reliability and improve decision-making. He also strives to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in the workplace.
