Randal Mueller

Randy Mueller is co-founder of Cadens Hydro, where he has been developing and field-testing low-head hydropower systems incorporating additive manufacturing since 2014.

He led the redevelopment of the historic Rome Mill site in Wisconsin as a full-scale test facility for low-head hydropower technologies, including a recently completed three-year headrace rehabilitation and seepage-mitigation project.

His work spans system development, manufacturing, field installation and testing, regulatory coordination, industry partnerships, and commercialization. He leads Cadens’ efforts to bring together engineering, advanced manufacturing, and field validation to develop practical, site-specific hydropower systems.
