Hermes La Macchia

Hermes La Macchia is the senior global technical product manager at Voith, a role held since 2018. He is responsible for product engineering, research and development, and lifecycle management for Voith's excitation system product worldwide. His work involves close leadership and collaboration with engineering, developers, sales and business managers, across multiple countries and regions.

Throughout his career, he has worked on development of new-generation technologies, introducing innovations that were firsts for both the company and the industry, navigating complex technical challenges to deliver meaningful results to the industry

He holds a master's in electrical engineering , with a career spanning almost two decades, experiencing several positions in different countries, leading and influencing teams.
