Economic Consultant at HDR
Sam Kirsh has led quantitative model development for solar, storage, and hydropower feasibility studies, including benefit-cost analyses, lifecycle costs, and cash flow modeling. These projects have been prepared for a range of utilities, governments, and state agencies.
He currently supports the detailed modeling for the lifecycle cost analysis completed for two confidential clients comparing pumped storage, battery energy storage, and thermal alternatives.
Sam has experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders, at conferences on a range of topics from energy generation and storage, zero emission vehicles, to USDOT-compliant benefit-cost analysis.
