Deziree Seidner

Deziree Seidner is a Senior QA/QC Engineer and Project Manager at GEI Consultants with over a decade of experience delivering custom software solutions for Federal and State agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the California Department of Water Resources. She specializes in managing the full software development lifecycle, leading QA efforts for mission-critical applications, and ensuring systems are accurate, reliable, and defect-free. Skilled in Agile project management and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, Deziree bridges teams and clients through clear communication and efficient execution. Her expertise extends to software configuration management, data validation, and user support. Deziree is currently pursuing a Master’s in Data Science at the University of Pittsburgh, building on her BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering and MFA in Illustration. Her unique blend of technical, analytical, and creative skills enables her to transform complex data and systems into meaningful, visually compelling solutions.
