Victoria Cardenas

Victoria joined IHA in October 2022. She leads the communications team, overseeing the organisation’s brand, messaging and strategic outreach. She is responsible for shaping and delivering content across all internal and external channels, and manages the global and regional roll-out of IHA’s flagship campaigns, publications and events. She has over seven years of external communications experience in the energy, consulting, and technology sectors. Victoria holds a BA in International Relations and a BA in Communications and Media studies from the University of Calgary. Over her career, she has continued her education through online certification programs and has received a certificate from the University of Edinburgh in Digital Marketing and a certificate from the University of Maryland in Strategic Communications for Sustainability Leaders. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
