Erik Norland joined Chelan County Public Utility District (Chelan PUD) in 2013 and currently serves as the Director of Engineering & Asset Planning. He leads teams responsible for transmission, distribution, and hydro facilities, as well as compliance, planning, and asset management. Erik sponsors major capital and O&M projects, aligns budgets with strategic priorities, and represents the District with industry partners and regulators to ensure the safe, reliable delivery of electricity to Chelan County residents and wholesale customers.
