Audrey Lamb is the Natural Resources Services Manager at Tacoma Power, where she leads operational teams with a focus on service excellence, digital modernization, and data-driven innovation. She has led initiatives in geospatial strategy, O&M budget management, and staff safety that have strengthened operational resilience and environmental stewardship. Audrey holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies and is committed to empowering individuals to become effective future leaders in the utility sector through innovation, collaboration, and sharing our work in ways that build understanding and connection.
