Lead Project Manager, FERC Hydropower at SWCA Environmental Consultants
Emily has a Master’s degree in Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law from Lewis and Clark Law School and has been working in the water and hydropower industry since 2015. Currently, she serves as a Lead Project Manager at SWCA Environmental Consultants. As a self-identified “FERC nerd”, Emily enjoys demystifying regulatory and legal language for her clients to support the needs of their unique projects. She focuses her work on small hydropower projects, water resource planning, and technical mentorship, and has an in-depth understanding of the Federal Power Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Outside of the office, Emily serves on the Board of Directors for the Watershed Alliance of Southwest Washington, supporting local watershed restoration efforts.
