Experienced project manager with expertise in the areas of watershed restoration and land and shoreline management planning; recreation planning; cultural resources management; and RTE species protection and planning. Author of numerous National Environmental Policy Act documents, and resource management plans for recreation, shoreline management, fish and wildlife habitat enhancement, and management of historic properties. Trained facilitator with an in-depth knowledge of federal and state statutes relating to energy projects including the Federal Power Act, Natural Gas Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and the National Historic Preservation Act.
