Randy Bowersox

Randy Bowersox, the Director of Operations for Water, Energy, & Environment and Hydroelectric Market Executive for Gannett Fleming, helps clients operate safely, manage risk, achieve management and operational excellence, navigate complex energy markets and regulations, deploy capital and resources strategically, and realize financial goals. Prior to joining Gannett Fleming in 2022, Mr. Bowersox spent 15 years managing power generation and all hydroelectric aspects for the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA), including dam safety, regulatory compliance, electrical / mechanical systems, and operations and maintenance. Prior to joining NCPA in 2007, Mr. Bowersox was an engineering consultant with experience in hydroelectric economic and technical feasibility assessments, permitting oversight, construction management, environmental investigation/remediation, and engineering design. Mr. Bowersox is a licensed Civil Engineer with a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MS in Civil & Environmental Engineering, and an MBA from the University of California, Davis.
