Aleister Hellier is an experienced infrastructure strategist and consultant, with a proven track record of supporting multi-billion-dollar pumped storage hydro (PSH) projects in the USA and Australia. leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analysis, Aleister has helped clients de-risk and optimise complex PSH developments. With a background in advising major infrastructure programs, he has extensive experience in cost estimation, benchmarking risk management, and project delivery across the public and private sectors. Currently, a Senior Infrastructure Expert at Oxford Global Projects, Aleister previously worked as Associate Director at KPMG, advising on the UK Government's Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP), and prior to KPMG he led the UK Government’s first Benchmarking and Estimating Team at the Infrastructure Projects Authority (IPA).
