Rory Alsberg has over 20 years of experience in the hydroelectric and dam industry, spanning operations, construction, regulatory compliance, and business development. He began his career managing hydroelectric operations and later oversaw multimillion-dollar dam repair and construction projects. His background working as both an owner and a service provider gives him a unique perspective that benefits clients and partners alike. In his current role as Senior Business Development Manager at J.F. Brennan Company, Rory works with utilities, private owners, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to deliver safe, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for dam and hydroelectric projects nationwide. He is passionate about advancing hydropower and dam infrastructure while building strong, collaborative partnerships across the industry.
