Elizabeth McCormick

Elizabeth McCormick is an associate with Troutman Pepper Locke in Washington, D.C., where her practice focuses almost exclusively on the licensing, relicensing, regulatory, and policy issues affecting the hydropower industry. She handles matters involving natural resources and environmental issues, license implementation and compliance, and administrative and appellate litigation before the U.S. Courts of Appeal. Prior to joining Troutman, Elizabeth spent six years in FERC’s Office of the General Counsel.
