Tim Sullivan

Tim Sullivan is the Vice President of Operations and a Senior Regulatory Specialist for Gomez and Sullivan Engineers. He has extensive licensing and compliance experience for both existing and proposed conventional and pumped storage hydroelectric projects throughout the country ranging in size from <1-MW to greater than 1,000 MW. Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience utilizing FERC’s various licensing processes as well as supporting 401 water quality certificate proceedings in numerous states. In his role as VP of Operations, he is responsible for overseeing Gomez and Sullivan’s various business lines including regulatory, environmental science, and engineering.
