Aaron generally focuses on legal, regulatory, and policy issues related to geothermal, hydropower, solar, wind, transmission, alternative fuels, and other energy-related matters. He has specialized expertise in energy facility siting and transmission regulation. Aaron holds an LL.M. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is a Colorado Licensed Attorney and previously served as Chair of American Bar Association's Renewable, Alternative, and Distributed Energy Resources Committee from 2017-2019.
