Dan Patla is the Chief of the Turbomachinery Section for the Hydroelectric Design Center (HDC) for the US Army Corps of Engineers. He has been with HDC since 2005. Dan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland and is a registered Professional Engineer with the State of Oregon.
