Paul Meeks

Paul toured his first hydroelectric plant in northern British Columbia in 1989 and has been advocate of hydropower ever since. His hydro trajectory started as a technical salesperson for a Japanese and then a German bearing manufacturer, eventually transitioning to the founding owner of Worthington Products, Inc. With the support of a highly dedicated team, the company he founded has grown to include installations in 63 countries with production alliances in the USA, Canada, France, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, India, and Brazil. Paul is a fervent believer in the clean, renewable benefits of hydroelectric power generation as well as the recreational opportunities that hydro affords. He serves on multiple industry committees and strongly advocates for Public Safety Around Dams so all can safely enjoy these great resources.
