Andrew Munro is a utility executive and enterprise leader with experience spanning operations, strategy, finance, public policy, external affairs, and power supply strategy.
At Grant PUD, he leads the evaluation of next-generation power resources and multi-billion-dollar energy investments that may shape the region's energy future for generations.
Andrew served as President and Chairman of the National Hydropower Association from 2009 to 2011, helping advance hydropower policy and industry priorities during a pivotal period for the sector. He also served as a White House-appointed Regional Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, overseeing a $2 billion loan portfolio and operations across Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
Andrew holds both a BA and MBA from the University of Washington and, when not focused on the future of energy, occasionally takes the stage, including performing the title role in Shakespeare's Hamlet.
